Returns & Exchanges
We want you and your pup to love everything from Good Griff. Because a lot of what we sell is one-of-a-kind or made just for you, our return policy depends on the item.
Returnable items: bandanas and collar charms
You can return bandanas and collar charms within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, as long as they are:
- Unworn, unwashed, and free of pet hair
- In their original condition and packaging, with any tags attached
To start a return, email us at [hello@shopgoodgriff.com] with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to send back. We'll reply with return instructions. Please don't mail items back without contacting us first.
Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Final sale: vintage goods
All vintage and antique items are final sale. Each piece is one of a kind and has lived a life before reaching you, so expect some signs of age like patina, fading, or small imperfections. We do our best to photograph and describe any notable wear. If something arrives significantly different from its listing, let us know within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
Final sale: custom sun print portraits
Custom cyanotype pet portraits are made to order from your photos, so they can't be returned, exchanged, or canceled once production has started. Because each print is handmade with sunlight, slight variations in tone and detail are part of the charm and aren't considered defects.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If anything arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We'll send a replacement or issue a refund, at no cost to you, including final sale items.
