Processing time

In-stock orders ship within 2–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.

Custom cyanotype sun print portraits are made to order and ship separately, directly from our artist. Please allow 2–3 weeks for production plus shipping. If your order includes both portraits and other items, you may receive more than one package.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes / APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Shipping rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order's size, weight, and destination. Orders over $75 ship free within the contiguous US. Large or heavy vintage items may have a separate shipping charge, which will be noted on the product page.

Packaging

We pack every order by hand. Vintage and fragile pieces are carefully wrapped and padded, and we reuse packing materials whenever we can.

Lost, stolen, or delayed packages

Once a package is handed to the carrier, delivery times are in the carrier's hands. If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, or a package shows delivered but you can't find it, email us at [hello@shopgoodgriff.com] and we'll help you file a claim with the carrier. Haley Holm-Pedersen, doing business as Good Griff, isn't responsible for packages marked delivered that are lost or stolen afterward. For high-value items, we may require a signature on delivery.

Damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. See our Refund Policy for details.

Address errors

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We aren't responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, we'll reship it once the customer pays the additional shipping cost.

Holiday shipping

During the holiday season, carriers may experience delays. Check our site for order-by dates for holiday delivery, especially for custom portraits.
