Vintage and Antique Items

Vintage and antique items are sold as-is. They are previously owned and may show signs of age, wear, fading, or minor imperfections. We describe and photograph notable flaws to the best of our ability, but we can't guarantee that every mark will be captured. Vintage items are not intended for use as dog toys or chews unless specifically noted, and older items may not meet current safety standards.

Custom Sun Print Portraits

By uploading a photo for a custom portrait, you confirm that you own the photo or have permission to use it. You give Good Griff and our artist partner permission to use that photo solely to create and fulfill your order. Custom portraits are produced and shipped by an independent artist on our behalf; estimated production and delivery times are estimates only. We may share photos of finished portraits on our website or social media unless you ask us not to when ordering or by emailing [hello@shopgoodgriff.com].

Pet Safety

Collar charms, bandanas, toys, and treats should be used under supervision. Check items regularly for wear and remove anything damaged. Collar charms and bandanas are decorative and are not meant to replace ID tags, harnesses, or other safety gear. Haley Holm-Pedersen, doing business as Good Griff, is not responsible for injury, illness, or damage resulting from misuse, unsupervised use, or a pet's chewing or swallowing of any product. If your pet has allergies or sensitivities, check product materials and ingredients before use.

Product Colors and Variation

Hand-dyed, handmade, and vintage items naturally vary. Colors may look different from screen to screen, and no two pieces are exactly alike. These variations are not considered defects.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
