Frequently asked questions

How do the charms attach to my dog's collar?

Each charm comes with a small silver jump ring that slips onto your dog's existing ID tag ring. Simply thread it on the same way you'd add another tag. No extra hardware needed!

How big are the charms?

At approximately 0.25" x 0.2", they're fairly small. The perfect accent for your dog's ID tag without adding too much weight.

Can my dog wear their charm every day?

Our charms are made with genuine gemstones and sterling silver, so they're best treated like a little piece of jewelry. We recommend removing them before swimming, bathing, or especially rough play. Check the charm and attachment ring regularly for signs of wear. We're not afraid of a little wear-and-tear at our house, so Griffon wears his Moonrise charm 24/7.

Will my charm look exactly like the photos?

Not quite! We use natural gemstones, which means every charm has its own unique color, pattern, and character. Some stones may be lighter, darker, or have different markings than those pictured.

Moonrise labradorite charms are particularly prone to shifting color based on lighting. They flash blues and greens when they hit the light just right, while looking more neutral in softer lighting.

How should I care for my charm?

Gently wipe with a soft, dry cloth to remove dirt and fingerprints. Avoid harsh cleaners, prolonged moisture, and chemicals that could damage the stone or silver setting.
